Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order from MCR Fragrances. Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or sprayed fragrance decants.

Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mcrfragrancesofficial@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

All fragrance decants are considered final sale once opened or used. We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used fragrance samples

• Items damaged after delivery

• Incorrect purchases due to personal scent preferences

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
